Our Story

Invoka was founded in 2022 to do one thing well: help organisations adopt Intelligent Work Management technology and actually make it work. Where others treated implementation as a box to tick, we treated it as a change programme.

From the start, we partnered with Smartsheet to serve complex organisations across EMEA, embedding ourselves in how they operate rather than handing over a solution and leaving.
As AI moved from experiment to enterprise reality, we moved with it. Today, AI sits at the centre of everything we do: how we work internally, what we build for clients, and how we help organisations move faster without losing control. The IWM foundation remains. The AI layer is now inseparable from it.

Four years in, we work with some of the most demanding organisations in pharma, sport, manufacturing, and professional services, amongst others. The work is more complex than when we started. Our conviction about how to do it well hasn't changed.
